Keep your tokenization platform running and improving.

Coretos maintains and develops RWA and digital securities platforms, including systems we build and existing platforms assessed for takeover. Define the support your operations need, keep releases under control and plan the next capabilities as your business develops.

Establish a clear support scope

We start with the platform, its dependencies and the teams responsible for operating it. That includes the application, infrastructure, contracts, external providers and administrative processes relevant to the engagement.

The support agreement defines coverage, responsibilities, escalation routes and service levels. It also separates maintenance work from new feature development so your team can plan both the operating budget and the product roadmap.

Take over an existing platform

If your platform was built elsewhere, the first step is a technical and operational assessment.

We review the available documentation, code, deployment process, provider interfaces and current support arrangements. The output identifies the information, access and remediation needed for a structured handover.

Transition can be phased around the components Coretos will maintain, with responsibilities agreed between your team, the previous provider and other service owners.

Monitor the processes that matter

Availability is one part of platform operation. Your team also needs visibility into failed instructions, unresolved payments, delayed data and integration errors.

We define monitoring and alerts around the agreed services and workflows. An alert should identify the affected process, its priority and the team responsible for taking action.

Where an external provider owns part of the process, the operating model includes the information needed to escalate and track the issue.

Handle incidents with defined responsibilities

Incident procedures set out how an issue is reported, assessed, escalated and communicated. Severity reflects the effect on the platform and its users.

We agree response targets and support coverage for the contracted scope. Resolution also depends on the issue and any external dependencies; the process keeps your team informed of the actions and next steps.

Significant incidents can feed into follow-up work, including documentation, monitoring changes or improvements to the affected component.

Keep releases and dependencies under control

Platform updates need a clear path from proposed change to testing and deployment.

We plan application releases, dependency updates and provider-interface changes with the appropriate review and acceptance steps. Release documentation identifies the changes, operational impact and recovery approach.

For components that cannot simply be rolled back, such as certain contract changes, the plan addresses the specific upgrade or migration requirements before release.

Plan recovery around your operating requirements

Backup and recovery arrangements are defined for the systems and data within scope. We agree responsibilities, recovery objectives and the exercises needed to assess whether the process works as intended.

The plan considers application data, configuration, provider dependencies and the access required to restore operation. Custody and key-management responsibilities remain clearly assigned to the relevant service owners.

Develop the next capabilities

As your business grows, maintenance can be combined with a planned development program.

Add new asset workflows, integrations, reporting, investor services or secondary trading capabilities. We assess the effect on your existing architecture and operations, then define the delivery priorities and acceptance criteria.

Changes to project requirements or policies are translated into implementation tasks with the input of the responsible business teams and advisers.

Make ongoing work visible

An agreed service review can give your team a consistent view of platform operation and upcoming work.

Review areaWhat the report can show
Service operationMonitored services, significant issues and unresolved items.
IncidentsImpact, actions taken, dependencies and follow-up work.
ReleasesDelivered changes, pending approvals and upcoming deployments.
DependenciesProvider or software changes requiring attention.
RecoveryCompleted exercises, findings and outstanding actions.
DevelopmentPriorities, progress and decisions needed from your team.

The reporting cadence and contents are agreed for the engagement.

Questions about maintenance

Can you take over a platform built by another provider?

Yes, following an assessment of the system, access, documentation and responsibilities. The assessment defines the transition and any work needed before support begins.

Does maintenance include new features?

Maintenance and feature development are defined separately in the scope. They can be combined in an ongoing engagement with agreed priorities and capacity.

What service levels do you offer?

Coverage, response targets and escalation arrangements are set for the components and operational needs in your agreement.

Can you support a platform in our own environment?

We assess the environment, access controls, deployment process and division of responsibilities, then define the support arrangement around them.

Tell us which platform you operate, who currently supports it and what you need to improve. We will help define the assessment, handover or ongoing engagement.
