Bond tokenization from issuance to maturity.
Manage the digital bond lifecycle from subscription and allocation through coupons and maturity. Coretos builds platforms that connect issuers, agents and technology operators with the records and instructions needed to service the instrument. Prepare a single bond issuance or build a platform supporting multiple issuers and issuance programs.
Translate the instrument terms into an operating model
The platform needs a defined representation of the bond's terms and the events it must support. Relevant requirements include the issuer, denomination, currency, payment schedule, maturity and any other contractual features.
We identify the source of each term, the process for approving it and the systems that use it. Different series or tranches retain their own records and rules, even when they share the same platform services.
Subscriptions, allocation and issuance
Coretos builds the workflows that connect investor onboarding, application review, payment reconciliation and allocation.
The scope defines who approves an application, how instructions move between systems and when holder records are updated. Pending payments, incomplete documents and rejected applications have clear statuses and exception procedures.
For repeated issuance, the platform can provide reusable configuration and administration while retaining the terms and approvals for each instrument.
Coupon schedules and payment events
Bond servicing needs coordinated dates, data, calculations and instructions. The required calculation may be performed within the platform or supplied by the party responsible for it.
We define the relevant inputs and approvals, including the applicable conventions, reference data and calendars. The platform records what is due, which instructions have been sent and which payments remain unresolved.
| Event | Example requirements to define |
|---|---|
| Payment preparation | Approved terms, applicable dates, holder entitlement and calculation inputs. |
| Coupon payment | Authorized instructions, provider confirmations and reconciliation of completed or failed payments. |
| Amortization or maturity | Outstanding principal, approved repayment instructions and the final status of the affected holdings. |
| Early redemption | Relevant contractual conditions, decision authority, notices and updates to future servicing. |
| Amendment or consent | Required communications, approvals, effective dates and versioned instrument terms. |
The table is a design framework; the actual instrument determines which events apply.
Connect the issuer, agents and service providers
The project maps the responsibilities of the issuer, registrar or transfer agent, paying agent, custody providers and other participants relevant to the arrangement.
Illustrative workflow: a coupon payment. Approved servicing data and entitled holdings are prepared; the responsible party approves the instruction; the payment provider processes it; confirmations are reconciled; holder records and exception reports are updated.
Coretos delivers the application, integrations and operational tools needed for that agreed process.
Reporting, controls and further trading capability
The platform can support instrument documents, servicing records, investor reports and operational approvals. Eligibility and transfer controls are designed around the requirements established for the instrument.
Secondary trading adds its own participant, custody and settlement requirements. We can extend the system or design the relevant connections as a separate, defined scope.

Choose a single project or a platform program
For a specific issuance, Coretos can discuss the project structure, operating requirements and platform options with your team and advisers.
For a platform business, Coretos delivers white-label implementations and custom development. Start with a defined issuer and instrument scope, then extend to additional programs, providers and servicing functions.

Questions about digital bonds
Can the platform support different coupon structures?
Yes. We define the calculations, inputs, schedules and responsibilities required by each instrument, including where an external agent supplies approved results.
Can we retain our existing paying agent or registrar?
We assess its interfaces and role, then design the operating and reconciliation process around the selected arrangement.
Does a tokenized bond automatically trade on an exchange?
Trading access is a separate part of the project. It depends on the instrument, operator arrangements and the intended participants, alongside the technical connection.
Tell us about the proposed instrument, whether this is a single issuance or a broader program, and the providers already involved. We will help define the technology and servicing scope.
