Tokenization workflows for receivables and trade finance.
Connect invoices, financing records and collections with the teams administering your receivables. Coretos builds tokenization platforms and integrations that make payment allocations, adjustments and disputes traceable. Commission a white-label or custom platform, or start with integrations around your existing origination, accounting and servicing systems.
Connect invoices and supporting information
Relevant data may come from an ERP, accounting system, originator, servicer or document process. We define the identifiers and relationships needed to match those records across systems.
The platform can capture invoices, due dates, amounts, currencies, supporting documents and status information. The agreed process establishes who confirms the information and which checks are required before a financing decision proceeds.
Make the lifecycle visible
| State or event | Workflow to design |
|---|---|
| Submitted | Receive the record, supporting information and source identifiers. |
| Under review | Check required information and route discrepancies to the responsible team. |
| Approved for the agreed financing process | Record the decision, conditions and relevant transaction references. |
| Financed or assigned | Update the status and link the supporting records and instructions. |
| Partially or fully collected | Match receipts, apply approved allocation rules and reconcile the balance. |
| Disputed, adjusted or overdue | Record the event, manage review and update the relevant reports. |
| Closed | Confirm completion and preserve the history needed for reporting. |
These are illustrative states. The project determines the lifecycle and the authority behind each transition.
Manage duplicate records and financing checks
A reliable process needs consistent identifiers and checks against the information available to the operator. Coretos can implement duplicate detection, status controls and review workflows across the connected systems.
Those controls have a defined coverage. A ledger entry alone cannot establish that a receivable has not been financed through an unrelated party outside the available records. The project therefore specifies the supporting checks, information sources and responsibilities alongside the technology.
Reconcile collections and adjustments
Payments may arrive as partial amounts, aggregated remittances or amounts affected by adjustments. The platform needs a process for matching the receipt, resolving differences and applying the approved servicing rules.
Illustrative workflow: a servicer receives a debtor payment; the system proposes a match to the relevant receivables; an exception is reviewed where the amount differs; the approved allocation updates outstanding balances; the administrator prepares the relevant investor report or payment instruction.
Corrections, credit notes and disputes retain their own records so the resulting balance can be explained.
Keep operational and investor information aligned
An investor may hold an interest connected to a pool or vehicle rather than one invoice. The platform needs to preserve that distinction while supporting the agreed reporting and servicing model.
Coretos designs the relevant portfolio views, calculations or provider interfaces, with access controls for commercial and debtor information. The investor interface presents approved information appropriate to the instrument and user's role.

Choose a focused integration or a complete platform
Start with a specific problem: bringing ERP data into the financing workflow, reconciling collections or connecting a servicer to investor reporting. Coretos can deliver the interfaces and operational tools needed for that scope.
For a broader platform, we design issuer and participant roles, onboarding, asset records, financing workflows, reporting and administration. Issuance planning with Coretos can form part of a project where the structure and platform route still need to be defined.
Questions about receivables tokenization
Can we keep our current ERP or servicing system?
We assess its interfaces, data quality and operational responsibilities, then define the integration and reconciliation scope.
Does tokenization prove that an invoice is valid?
The platform records and supports the agreed checks. The underlying receivable and supporting evidence still require the validation process established for the project.
Can the platform support multiple originators?
Yes. We can design separate records, permissions and workflows for originators, alongside shared administration and reporting where appropriate.
Share the systems involved, the financing model and the workflow you want to connect or replace. We will help define a practical integration or platform scope.
