Separate event evidence from an approved servicing action

A reported event can generate data, notices and review tasks. The platform needs a defined process for receiving that information, assessing completeness and recording the responsible party's determination.

Coretos can design the following operating records:

StageProposed platform record
Event reportedSource, timestamp, event identifier and applicable transaction references.
Evidence receivedVersioned reports, required fields and completeness checks.
Review in progressAssigned roles, questions, supporting material and deadlines.
Determination recordedDecision, effective date, authority and supporting evidence.
Servicing action approvedInstructions, affected instrument records and required confirmations.
Reconciliation completedExecution results, exceptions and approved investor communication.

Illustrative workflow: event review. An agreed provider supplies event information; the platform associates it with the relevant transaction; the designated specialist reviews the required evidence; the authorized determination is recorded; the responsible administrator approves the resulting servicing action; execution and reporting are reconciled.

Connect collateral reports and instrument servicing

The platform can ingest approved collateral account reports and associate them with the relevant vehicle or transaction. We define reconciliation between provider statements, platform records and the information made available to investors.

For actions such as a collateral movement, payment or release, the workflow identifies who can instruct, approve and confirm execution. Changes in instrument balances retain a link to the supporting decision and transaction record.

Data access can separate sensitive claims information from approved investor reporting. The architecture defines which documents remain in controlled repositories and what, if anything, is recorded on-chain.

Integrate specialist providers

An ILS technology project can require interfaces with administrators, collateral account providers, calculation agents and specialist data services. Coretos designs and implements the integrations selected for your structure.

The delivery scope sets out provider access, testing inputs, exception handling and operational responsibility. We can build an adapter for an existing platform or design a broader issuer and investor environment with role-based permissions.

For a fund investing in insurance-linked instruments, the fund-level investor workflows remain separate from the servicing of the underlying instruments. See fund tokenization.

Plan delivery and ongoing operations

Begin with the transaction model, required parties and data sources. We turn them into an architecture and implementation scope, including monitoring, maintenance and future integrations.

If transfer or secondary trading functionality is needed, it receives its own scope covering eligible participants, approvals, authoritative records and the intended operating arrangement.

Questions about reinsurance tokenization

Can we start with a reporting or data integration project?

Yes. We can scope a specific interface or workflow before undertaking a full platform build.

Can a smart contract automatically determine whether a claim must be paid?

The design depends on the contractual trigger, available data and decision authority. We define which steps can be automated and which require a designated party's determination.

Does Coretos provide underwriting or actuarial services?

Coretos provides platform design, development, integration and maintenance. Underwriting, actuarial assessment and the transaction's legal requirements are handled by the specialists appointed to the project.

Share the proposed structure, the operational parties and the records you need to connect. We will help define a technology scope that supports their responsibilities.
